You should follow some conditions when you are taking your body measurements:
1- Wear light clothes, or don't wear any at all. 2- Keep your body straight so that you can take measurements all areas of the body. 3- Use an elastic or fabric size tape. even so you can easily move it around the areas of your body. 4- It is preferable to take body measurements three times and then calculate the average In order to get accurate measurements.
How to take body measurements correctly? As shown in the figure below, wrap the size tape on numbered areas.
1- Chest: Measure the circumference of the chest at the largest part.
2- Waist: Measure the circumference of the waist at the thinnest part.
3- Buttocks: Measure the largest part of the butt.
